Project scope includes roadway plans, drainage plans, traffic control plans, signing and marking plans, signalization plans, lighting plans and landscape plans. This project was a partial reconstruction turning a two lane roadway into a four lane divided roadway utilizing the existing two lane, westbound roadway and constructing the new eastbound lanes to complete the final four lane roadway.
