Project scope consisted of eliminating a 30’ wide drainage ditch next to the existing roadway and constructing a pedestrian/bike trail with underlying drainage pipes to accommodate drainage flow. 3D modeling was instrumental in the drainage design to ensure the use of maximum pipe size during the roadway plan and profile design phase changes.
