The objective of this project was to reconstruct the roadway and drainage system from a two lane roadway to a four lane, two-way, divided roadway. The work included reconstructing over 30 side streets and incorporating a drainage ditch into the 3D model using custom 3D modeling templates. This enabled the roadway team to produce roadway and drainage structure cross sections and quickly analyze drainage conflicts/profiles in order to keep pace with the intense project schedule. Project also included traffic control plans, signing and pavement marking plans, signalization plans, lighting plans and landscape plans.
